This client, who are ranked tier 1 for their employment team, are seeking to hire a new solicitor to join their busy team.
This role will see you You will join one of best Employment law teams in the South outside of London for the depth of knowledge in the team., This is an opportunity with a firm offering one of the most competitive salaries in the South with an unrivalled client list any top city firm would be proud of.
Clients range from multinational FTSE 100 companies and SMEs to owner managed businesses in their employment team. You will advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters advising on the aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals, restructurings, reorganisations and large-scale redundancies. You will also deal with a variety of Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract.
You will be a qualified solicitor and are likely to have a minimum of 3PQE dealing with employment law matters for corporates or senior executives. Your experience is likely to be gained in a ranked team for employment law and you will be confident in your ability as a result of the experience you have gained so far in your career.
