Agricultural Property/Rural Estates Lawyer

Hampshire

2 + PQE to Partner

Salary dependant upon experience

Our client is looking to appoint a specialist Agricultural sector Solicitor to further bolster their team and the growing levels of work they are getting involved in right across the Agricultural sector.

The level and volume of work is such that our client can consider associate, senior associate or Partner level candidates.

The work is varied to include all aspects of Agricultural Law including sale and purchase of farms and other rural property, renewable energy work, agricultural tenancies, equestrian properties, sporting leases and otherwise acting for farms and estates on a range of diverse property issues. To be right for the role you will probably have at least a couple of years already working in these areas, working closely with farmers and landowners, and you will see yourself long-term really specialising in these areas and developing a strong personal reputation for this work right across the South.

The range and quality of work on offer is excellent, the salary structure being offered and the opportunity to be genuinely heavily involved in the overall direction and progress of the firm in these next few years makes this a really exciting role for the right person with the right CV and experience.

For a detailed and confidential discussion about this opportunity please do contact Penny Heighway at Chadwick Nott.

*Where a level of experience is indicated, this is a guideline only and represents the amount of time we would usually expect a candidate to accumulate the requisite level of experience. This does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience.
