CRM Project Manager - CRM Transformation, immediate start for a 6-month contract, joining an international charity based in Central London.

You will join the charity at an extremely key stage, as they implement a supporter data transformation across financial and non-financial data, across the current supporter database CRM (CARE NG). The project covers the end-to-end management of a change in data capture, standards and methodology, reducing dependence on custom-built solutions and moving towards native CARE functionality. This will entail changes to many data entry points into and out of CARE, such as web applications and data imports/exports, liaison with internal and third-party users to manage change in business processes.

Reporting to the CRM Programme Manager, the Project Manager you will project manage the system decommission, effectively liaising with all technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver the decommission successfully to project milestones, deadlines and budget.

It is important the Project Manager effectively work with and bring together people across the IS, CRM teams, third party suppliers and the business to deliver to the project's roadmap and milestones.

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who has worked on complex business change projects. It will be advantageous to have worked within the charity sector, with an understanding of NG CARE or similar CRM, though not essential.
  • Proven project management experience, ideally Project Management Professional (PMP/PRINCE 2 certification)
  • Successfully delivered project software upgrades and/or the software development lifecycle (SDLC); working with matrix teams (third party suppliers, business analysts, IT teams, users), to deadlines and budget
  • End to end delivery of IT projects within transformation programmes, including experience of managing business process change, using Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
  • Proven experience of customer data migration of a reasonable or significant volume and complexity (B2C)
  • Timely maintenance of project plans and documentation using relevant tools (Basecamp, JIRA, MS Project)
  • IT Experience of working with the NG CARE supporter database and its data model is advantageous.
