Formed in 2007, Navigate is an independent and digital media agency run by an experienced management team, based near London Bridge. We work with clients such as Pizza Hut, Palmer's Lakeland, Craft Gin Club and Lakeland.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will assist, along with the Group Head & Account Manager, to strategically lead your accounts and liaise with senior stakeholders internally as well as clients, publishers, and technology providers, to ensure that all parties operate efficiently and integrate with one another. The successful candidate should be a team player who will work within a close-knit team alongside affiliate and biddable media specialists & demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm and passion for digital media.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of planning and activation experience across paid social
  • A passion for digital and an understanding of the digital marketplace
  • A thorough understanding of the programmatic and social media space
  • Excellent organisational, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pre-empt problems, show initiative and be pro-active
  • Analytical with a high level of numeracy and literacy with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally
  • Ad operation/trafficking/campaign management experience
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Salary - £30-38k (depending on experience)
  • 25 days holiday a year (plus a paid day off on your Birthday)
  • 4 o'clock Fridays (Mon-Thursday 9.30-5.30pm)
