One of the largest Financial Services firms globally, hiring for a Payroll & Specialist Manager at their Head Office in London. They have an outstanding presence in the market and a real chance for career development.

Your new role
You will be managing a payroll team of two, liaising closely with HR and the Finance department to resolve any queries. You will be overseeing and managing a payroll volume for 1000+ employees.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to have previous payroll experience, a keen and analytical mind well as a real enthusiasm for the role. A CIPP qualification is essential for progression through the application. A strong team attitude will also be very beneficial as this role relies heavily on interpersonal skills.
