New opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join a construction firm in Exeter

You will be working for a construction company based in Exeter that offers many services including designing, manufacturing and commissioning of processing plants across various sectors.
Your new role
As a Finance Administrative Assistant, you will be creating purchase orders and goods receipts, recording sales invoices, updating and maintaining spreadsheets, assisting senior team members, as well as carrying out general administrator tasks such as answering queries by telephone, dispatching letters, photocopying, mailing and filing.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as possessing strong communication skills and administrative skills, and have the ability to manage documents and maintain office records.
What you'll get in return
An assignment which will continue until at least the end of December, with possible extension and the opportunity to become permanent. This role is based on a yearly salary equivalent of £22,000.
