We're looking for an excellent communicator and storyteller with experience in a range of marketing channels to manage our website, social media, email campaigns and occasional print media, creating engaging and exciting content for our audience.

You'll have a skill for informing and inspiring an audience through written and visual communications. You'll have a strong understanding of tailoring the correct message to the correct channels. And you'll be confident using digital analytics tools to monitor and report on outcomes.

This role is based at our Amersham office with flexible working available.

In this role you will:

Work with volunteers to deliver impactful supporter stories that raise awareness and inspire support
Support the creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns
Run our social media channels, creating engaging and exciting content
Manage and maintain content on our website
Project manage the delivery of My Life magazine
Be an ambassador for our brand within the charity
Use analytic tools to monitor and report on performance
Work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Marketing to deliver transformative change across our communications

To be successful, you'll need:

Experience across a wide range of communication channels and activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience writing engaging and inspiring copy
A creative, proactive and enthusiastic approach
Experience working across teams, collaborating on projects and managing their different needs
Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
Good technical knowledge of digital analysis tools with experience reporting on progress
