Interim Management Accountant - Ipswich - Remote/Hybrid working options - £15 - £16.50 per hour + holiday pay

An exciting opportunity to join a not-for-profit organisation in the job role of Interim Management Accountant on an initial 6 month basis.
Your new role
Working within a supportive and professional finance team, you will be responsible for liaising with key business areas and producing insightful financials for Senior Management and budget holders. Key responsibilities will include budget review and control; preparation of forecasts; supporting with production of monthly and annual accounts including variance reports; preparation of business case financial appraisals; and Ad-hoc financial analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be Part-Qualified or have equivalent experience with a proven track record in a similar role. You will ideally have knowledge of budgetary control and have experience in producing detailed reports. Strong communication skills with a confident approach to liaising with budget holders and non-finance colleagues will be key.
What you'll get in return
Hourly rate of £15 - £16.50 per hour plus holiday pay (depending on experience). Hybrid and flexible working options with potential to work circa 4 days a week from home. Full-time hours however my client is open to applications from candidates wanting a slightly reduced working week This role is being offered on an interim basis for an initial period of 6 months. The role is to start in November 2021.
