3 month initial contract opportunity for an experienced 1st line IT Service desk analyst
, you will provide technical support to the organizations UK employees. Currently a mix of home-based
and in the office on a rota basis. You must be based within a commutable distance of their London offices.Key requirements:
- 2+ years recent IT Service desk experience in a 1st line role
- Experience supporting sizeable end user environments
- Excellent communication, customer service and telephone skills essential in addition to support of the following:
- Windows 10 operating systems.
- Office 365/ O365
- Web applications
- PC, Laptop and Printer hardware.
- iPhones and iPads.
- Active Directory services.
