We’re looking for a passionate and creative marketing professional to lead on all marketing activity for the business. This role will have a firm focus on raising the profile of the company and generating high-quality leads as we look to further grow the business.

The Marketing Executive Opportunity:
As the first dedicated marketing position at our business, this is an opportunity to shape the role and design your own marketing plan around our business objectives. With a commercial approach, you’ll identify the areas in which our marketing activity is currently lacking and have free reign to address them in the way you feel will yield the best results.
You’ll be expected to develop a strong understanding of our suite of products and services – getting under the skin of what makes our offering unique and attractive to our target audience. We’ll then look to you to build our brand awareness, develop our online presence and, ultimately, bring in relevant leads to pass onto our Sales team.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
+ Managing all marketing budgets
+ Managing lead generation marketing activities including tracking and reporting
+ Developing and implementing the strategic internal and external marketing and communications plans
+ Managing marketing campaigns and communication projects
+ Organisation and participation in trade shows, events and communication programmes
+ Creating and distributing promotional materials
+ Management of digital marketing portfolio including SEO, blog creation, website content, case studies and social media.
+ Reporting post campaign evaluation and analysis to demonstrate the return on investment for marketing activities.
+ Strategic partnerships with existing and potential clients.
+ Working alongside the sales team to support them with sales collateral.
To be successful, the ideal candidate will need a broad knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and the confidence and ability to devise and implement effective strategies. You’ll need a firm commercial understanding and appreciate the way in which your role fits into the wider business aims and objectives.
Whilst you’ll be working closely with the company Director and Sales team, you’ll be comfortable and happy working independently. With this being the case, strong copywriting skills and some design capabilities are essential. A working knowledge of Adobe tools would be great.
You’ll also need to be highly-organised and happy managing your own workload.
