In this cross-functional role you will be responsible for executing and supporting on BCG's contingent workforce policies, risk and compliance, as well as end to end processes. You will partner with colleagues in HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Operations to ensure our functions and consulting businesses are able to leverage contingent workers (CWRs) as part of their broader resource strategies in a streamlined and efficient manner, while maintaining appropriate risk review, oversight and compliance.

Responsibilities will include process management of consultant processes, engaging with senior stakeholders to understand CWR use, reporting and audit performance, partnering with other functions to provide a strong, commercially focused control environment whilst ensure accurate data capture and reporting. Managing internal CWR project initiatives to advance the overall BCG Contingent workforce offering. Contingent workers within the consulting area are predominately independent contractors that have a diverse range of experts at all levels of seniority, so an ability to work across a wide range of stakeholders include consultants and case team is required.

The position will be based out of our GS London hub and will work with global stakeholders and contingent workers.

Business process execution and management, including:
* Efficiently supporting onboarding, review and auditing processes
* Working across regional or regulatory variation whilst still meeting control needs
* Delivery within a highly matrixed, globally disparate team
* Communication, education and change management with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Managing risk and performance
* Supporting high risk, senior contingent worker assessment as needed according to policy and processes laid out.
* Tracking of key performance indicators
* Analysis to drive process improvement, automation and ensure compliance
* Working with Data Office, IT Security and HR to ensure management of risk throughout both contract and resource lifecycles
Understanding contractual models and contract life cycles, as well as supplier management, including:
* Reviewing requests to ascertain contractual model and fit
* Engaging procurement and legal specialists as needed to route and assess work appropriately
* Partnering with local geography subject matter experts to ensure compliance


* 10+ years of experience HR Project management/contingent workforce and/or supplier management in a multi-site/ cross country environment
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Advanced understanding of Contingent workforce risk and compliance management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Commercially astute and financially literate particularly with supplier contacts
* Experience of working with Service Now, SharePoint and advanced excel and PowerPoint skills
* Experience of professional services/consultancy and Workday is beneficial

You will be part of a matrixed team based in US, London and Delhi and will engage with line managers in various all functions, working most closely with IT, procurement, finance and local HR.
