We are looking for a numerate and forward-thinking candidate to join a sociable and close-knit team in East Oxford, on a full-time, temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain exposure to an office environment and develop your finance skills. Please only apply if you can work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, and can start immediately.

  • Running credit checks
  • Gathering approvals from internal stakeholders
  • Managing documentation
  • Invoicing clients
  • Other administrative tasks

Temporary Finance Administrator Requirements

You will be a proven administrator with a keen eye for detail, excellent organisation and time management skills.

As the role is finance focused, it is essential you are naturally numerate with excellent data handling skills.

Advanced Excel would allow you to standout! A real team player, you will come on board and provide immediate support to your colleagues.

Temporary Finance Administrator
