IT Support Team Leader
James Adams is seeking a Service Desk Team Leader to join a well-established multi-million-pound company with offices around the world. The company is widely recognised as a pioneer in its field and has grown consistently over the past 12 years.
As an IT Support Team Leader, you will lead a team of 2nd line engineers.In addition to 2nd line support, the team is responsible for supporting VIP's, managing the company's web domains and mobile phone estate.
As a Team Leader, you will be measuring performance and developing individuals when gaps are identified. You will be the point of contact for escalations where you will identify process improvements and will also be conducting interviews and recruiting into the team.
