About You:

You need to have proven experience creating results from marketing campaigns. That means creating the strategy and delivering qualified enquiries to an eager sales team.

You’ll need to be a gifted communicator who knows how to find the right people to say the right thing to in the right way at the right time…and then create a team who can implement the strategy.

A direct sales background would help you in this role, but not essential if you’ve got a great record of success.

You don't need to be from the travel or franchise industry as your experience in driving commercial success will be the key factor for the successful candidate.

A year from now you will have had a great year if you move the needle on these three metrics:

+ Improve franchise leads by 25%
+ Increase franchise conversion rate by 2%
+ Increase the number of franchise awards received

The Role:

You’ll be creating strategy and leading a team of marketing professionals who’s objective is to create the number one franchise opportunity in the UK today.

We already have a proven and successful model which you’ll be expected to improve upon, including increasing conversions from 1000’s of leads we already receive, plus increase monetisation opportunities.

Digital, social, video and email will be a key part of the tools you’ll be expected to understand, but also a wider marketing mix including more traditional media, PR and communications.

Here is where we see you need experience to kick ass at this role:

+ Understanding people, behaviours and messaging that creates actions
+ Being able to create strategies which deliver to targets
+ Creating compelling social media campaigns that get talked about
+ Inspiring greatness from a team
+ Being able to plan creative campaigns which link video, graphics, social, print and word of mouth
+ Understanding the latest pay per click and social media marketing techniques so that you know if someone else is good, bad or indifferent.
+ Be able to create a killer web site strategy for engagement, SEO and lead generation.
+ Know how to create funnels which generate high ROI and know how to plug holes in existing funnels or processes.
+ Be able to dive into analytics, find quick wins, improvements and be able to share to stakeholders why actions are being taken and where improvements have been made.
