The Senior Project Manager Role:

You will be responsible for the work delivery on your accounts and for maintaining our high standards of client management. You will lead a team of project managers, managing their development using objectives and regular reviews. Within that team, there will be juniors and mid weights who will be running the day to day projects/briefs so will require mentoring to align standards and expectations.

You would be key to ensuring the account is run efficiently.

You will also work with the Senior Management Team to raise and discuss challenges within the team and opportunities for the company.

You will also be working on day to day projects, and will be expected to be an example of great project management to the rest of the team.

About You:

+ Solid experience in project / account management in a similar fast-paced environment (agency, design production company).
+ Previous leadership / management experience in a senior role, or a senior mid level role.
+ Client facing experience is essential.
+ Able to work across multiple short term projects.
+ Detail focused but also able to see the bigger picture.
+ Level headed and personable.
+ Practical and hands-on.
