SEND Learning Support Assistant | Tottenham, Haringey

Ribbons & Reeves are working closely with a magnificent Primary School found in the Hoxton area of Hackney, who are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support their pupils with SEND for the academic year. If you are a motivated and passionate Psychology Graduate looking to expand your experience in Primary education, then this is the role for you!
  • Excellent Primary School in Tottenham, Haringey
  • Psychology-related degree required - 2:1 at minimum, First-Class is preferable
  • Known for its incredible staff, and pupil satisfaction
  • SEND Learning Support Assistant role - Supporting pupils with SEMH, ASC, ADHD & Learning difficulties
  • Salary: £18,000 pro rata to term time and paid weekly via PAYE for this SEND Learning Support Assistant role
  • Supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 as a SEND Learning Support Assistant
Is your mission to remove barriers to academic achievement for all children? To instil a love for learning in them and deliver teaching according to educational needs and abilities of a pupil? Aiming to be an expert at managing the learning process and raising academic standards. Able to act as a facilitator of powerful learning experiences, while allowing students to dictate certain lessons and lead with curiosity. This role will see you supporting teachers and pupils within KS1 and KS2, planning, and delivering small phonics sessions and monitoring pupil progress. Bringing forth dedication, skill, and the desire to positively impact the lives of children? Then this Teaching Assistant opportunity is for you.

  • Can commit to working for a full academic year
