Title/Role: Skin Practitioner
Nature: Part Time - 22.5 hours per week, over three days
Reporting to: Clinic Manager
Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you will be working closely with the team to provide patients with the best treatment experience. To promote, advise and inform patients of the different treatments available, and carry out non-surgical treatments.
To provide a high level of treatment and care to patients attending the clinic.To ensure the administration of treatments optimising customer care and experience and effectively utilising time.Responsible for ensuring you operate within Company policies and procedures.Providing skin treatments including thread vein removal Cutera laser, chemical skin peels, laser resurfacing, IPL and hair removal, Cool Sculpting.To consult patients seeking information relating to the various treatments we offer.Support the patient pathway and schedule follow up calls with patients.Log sales, order stock and manager diaries for the team.
Care Quality Commission
Responsible for keeping up to date with regulation changes guided by the Clinical Governance Manager.
Uniform will be provided by the clinic and must be worn while on duty.Uniform is the responsibility of each individual and must be clean at all times. Please see the clinic policy on uniform.
Qualifications and Training
Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 3 (Or equivalent)
Previous experience with aesthetic treatmentsProfessional with good communication skillsExcellent IT skillsExcellent customer service
