SummaryWe're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team in London for 6 months. Applications for this role will exclusively be open to candidates on the Government Kickstart scheme. Applicants must be aged between 18-24 years old on 1st July 2021, currently unemployed and on Universal Credit.Part-time: 25 hours per week ResponsabilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for CharityJob's key social media channels. They'll also perform community management and email assistance for an online community of charity professionals. This is an exciting role to gain valuable social media marketing experience at a purpose-driven organisation.Daily tasks will include writing engaging social media posts on CharityJob's core channels (LinkedIn and Twitter), serving as Community Manager and liaising with members on an online community. They will also be responsible for writing email newsletter round-ups for members, stirring conversation on the forum, and general community management tasks to keep the forum ticking. About youThe suitable candidate will have a flair for writing, good spelling and grammar, and will be able to communicate persuasively to a variety of audiences. They will be able to devise ideas for engaging social content that will help us meet business goals.The role provides a key opportunity to learn from a collaborative marketing team, and to be trained in the areas of social media marketing, community management, email marketing and comms.
