The Project Manager / Customer Success Role:

Working in our small agile team of 25 people, you will report directly to our Head of Operations. You’ll need at least three years’ project management experience, ideally in a technology, banking or retail business and be very comfortable managing client expectations and ensuring stellar delivery standards consistently. You’ll bring energy, innovation and passion to your work and will be driven to be a part of something epic.

Our ideal candidate will be multi-faceted and highly capable, collaborative and right at home in a hands-on, dynamic team environment where everyone is willing to dive in and go the extra mile. You’d be working with well-known retail and banking clients to successfully and seamlessly engage them with our software capabilities and support them in implementing and using our software within their business.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

+ Managing retail and banking client project implementations
+ Hosting workshops to understand and capture client project requirements
+ Supporting clients by configuring accounts and setting up software environments
+ Managing and responding to client end-user support queries
+ Capturing user feedback and liaise with the product team planning new features

This role has plenty of scope to develop and make your own so we would expect the parameters to expand to reflect the skills and experience of the successful candidate. It’s also reasonable to expect to need to get involved with other areas of the business as required – we are a small, collaborative team so there will be a certain amount of flex required.

About You:

+ Minimum of 3 years’ workplace experience within a project management role, ideally in banking, retail or tech sectors
+ Ability to use Microsoft Office: Powerpoint, Excel and Word (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive)
+ Experience of hosting workshops to gather project requirements
+ Creating and managing project plans, tracking and sharing project progress reports
+ Gathering information to produce SOW for client
+ Conducting software training sessions and creating training materials
+ Great communication skills with clients both written and verbal.
+ PRINCE or Agile or Lean Six Sigma Training, or relevant work experience

This is a role in which your natural organisation skills and rigorous attention to detail will really pay off, ensuring an exemplary customer experience of implementing and using our software. You’ll be confidence communicating, escalating and resolving customer issues and will be adept at juggling multiple concurrent projects calmly and professionally.
