Location: Hampstead, North London plus remote working and site visits

Salary: Up to £45k depending on experience

About the role

GroupNexus are pleased to advise of a new opportunity that has arisen with our Implementation Team for a Product Project Manager to manage the implementation of the next generation parking and facilities management digital/technology and commercialisation products from the point of development/sale through to implementation, working closely with the Digital Technology Product Team and other key stakeholders.

This is a fantastic role with a degree of autonomy, which will involve delivering large scale, customer-focussed technology products in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Key Accountabilities

* Ensure that all products are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

* Assist the Digital Technology and the Business Development Teams, in engagement with the Client, to clearly define the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

* Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

* Manage any agreed enhancements/changes to the product scope, changes to the timelines product development schedule, and product costs using appropriate verification techniques.

* Report and escalate to the Head of Implementation as required.

* Perform risk management to minimise product project risks.

* Help develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation.

* Account management of key clients during contract implementation.

* Managing client expectations.

* Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to assist new clients, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with clients about concerns.

* Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are identified and follow-up activities are completed.

* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of products.

* Prepare the O&M documentation and handover to the Client Service Team

Skills Required

* Must have - Previous administration experience in a deadline focused environment is essential.

* Preferred - Previous experience managing technology and digital product development to implementation or assisting product delivery teams.

* Desirable - Full Driver's License.

* Good organisational skills.

* Exceptional attention to detail

* Ability to handle several products/tasks at once.

* Proficient in the use of GSuite Packages.

* Ability to learn new IT systems and packages quickly.

* Excellent client-facing/internal communication skills.

* Good at building relationships.

* Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
