Role: Global Bid Manager

Location: Home based with travel

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE + bonus + benefits

Tbis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid Manager to join our contact centre BPO client on a permanent basis home based.

The Global Bid Manager will manage the bidding process for high revenue and complex contact centre outsourcing opportunities with primary focus on pan European bids, but will also manage complex bids for individual countries globally. The bids will focus on customer service, technical support, sales, outbound and back office service functions, coupled with digital and technology solutions.

The Global Bid Manager is responsible for working with the Sales and Account Management teams and to orchestrate the creation of the proposal, ensuring a clear win strategy is evident in the proposal, compliance with customer requirements, highlighting Transcom's value proposition and is commercially compelling. The Bid Manager will lead and manage a bid and the bid team from start to finish, taking ownership of the internal bid process and key outputs. They will support Sales and Solutions on developing the bid strategy, and will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to secure their input into the bid.

Work with Sales, Solutions, IT, Operations, Finance and other teams as required across all regions, to develop winning bids
Work with Sales, Account Management teams and Solutions to develop and identify key wins
Undertake bid research to create a value proposition that differentiates Transcom from the competition
Organise and run bid initiation/kick off and progress review meetings
Question response and content management - work with the core team to allocate response questions; chase responses; write original, bespoke responses; evaluate responses, re-write, edit and improve key responses
Evaluation and analysis of client objectives, requirements and how value can be added; collaboration with Sales team in evaluating multi-geography strategic and operational solutions and commercial approach
Manage the end to end bid process from qualification to client delivery including kick-off meeting, solution design meetings, content creation, document reviews, client presentations and site visits etc
Ensure all materials are written in an accurate, high quality and professional manner
Identification of internal and client risks and on going risk management of the solution through to the implementation handover
Participation in client presentations, site visits and the due diligence processes at client sites where required
Gather information and data from a range of sources such as RFP documents, existing clients, industry magazines, competitor profiling, etc.) to allow detailed data analysis and recommendations to be made
Take personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies.Travel will be required across the region and globe. Work activity is deadline driven so flexibility to work extended hours, on occasion, is required
