The Job Role
To ensure we delight our customers and deliver on our promises with the support of the Transport Manager. Can achieve both short term and long-term goals set out to you to help and support the administration office with overall department objectives.

The working hours for this position will be 8am-4.30pm Monday-Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Driver pre briefs
  • Driver de briefs
  • Completing KPI data sheets
  • Informing customers of delivery dates and times
  • PDA compliance
  • Assisting the supervisors and Transport manager with admin work, ie : filing , emails , driver license checks
  • Booking staff and agency staff in for work
  • General office duties
Experience & Qualifications
The following skills, qualifications and personal qualities are essential : -
  • Administration Experience
  • Experience of taking and making phone calls
  • Customer service experience in a similar environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Well Organised
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback with the aim to improve performance
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Accurate
  • Deliver to deadlines
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Positively contributes to the team
  • Prepared to work flexible hours for the need of the business
