You the Ecommerce Merchandise Admin Assistant will report into the Merchandiser on your department and your role will including supporting the wider Merchandising team.

A great opportunity for a Ecommerce Merchandise Assistantto join a leading fashion business in Leeds. The company are going from strength to strength and as a result of internal progression are seeking to add to their Merchandising team. The business has been around for more than 80 years and are known for their British Heritage.

  • Running of weekly reports, reviewing data and providing insight into figures
  • Product setup, purchase order date amendments, raising of purchase orders and loading of barcodes
  • Undertaking ad hoc analysis
  • Assisting with WSSI maintenance and management
  • Managing product setup, performing checks to ensure the product ranges look as desired online
  • Assisting the line manager with Critical Path maintenance
  • Undertaking competitor analysis
  • Carrying out weekly stock reviews

  • Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail.
  • A good level of admin / IT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
