Intro: S Knights Recruitment are proud to be working with a large successful provider of HSC and Management apprenticeships. Due to this continued success, they are looking for Trainer/Assessors in Leadership and Management across the UK to help bring their learners up to gateway. The company is focussed on delivery and will pay bonuses for 'reviews' and 'completes'. This is a completely remote position.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Trainer in Leadership and Management, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a mix of face-to-face and online training to a caseload of learners
- Support, motivate and mentor all learners, helping them successfully reach gateway.
- Be flexible with learners, supporting them where necessary
- Successfully manage our clients expectations and encourage all learners to unlock their potential along their studies.

Experience and Skills:
The ideal candidate for the role of Trainer in Leadership and Management will have:
- A relevant teaching qualification (PTTLS, DTLLS, CTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent)
- An appropriate assessors qualification (TAQA, CAVA, D31, D32 or equivalent)
- Experience delivering Leadership and Management training/learning
- Vocational experience in Management
- IT literate, as teaching may be online, as well as uploading learners documents onto online portal.
