In a nutshell

You will get to work on innovative projects with one of the best brands in the world, Samsung and also get to add value to other data driven retail marketing initiatives launched at Cheil.

The role involves working with diverse groups of people from various regions.

The platform is current launched in Europe (15 markets), APAC (8 markets). You will get to bring latest innovations and creativity to enhance the platform and expand to other markets.

You will also get various opportunities to showcase your talent within your work. Example, if you have a good voice, you may work in our studio to product a Case study film or if you like tech, you may work alongside our tech COE, OnO teams to produce innovative solutions for our clients and agency network.

What the day to day looks like

  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients and other internal/external stakeholders to drive smooth execution and growth of Brand Management Platform.
  • Work closely with the development & engineering teams, data science, service desk (QA) and other teams of the organization & external partners.
  • Prepare product roadmaps and development lifecycle plans
  • Brief design resource in a timely manner to deliver platform development & launch plans
  • Conduct product planning, delivery and marketing throughout the product lifecycle of Brand Management Platform that is currently live in Europe (15 markets), APAC with further expansion to other markets.
  • Develop a vision and roadmap for the BMP Platform based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own industry & tech insights.
  • Identify innovative technology features/ experiences to implement in the platform over a period of time to enhance User experience and usage.
  • Plan and carry out product launches
  • Perform product demos to users and clients as per the launch cycle.
  • Manage and Support Service Desk teams to enhance efficiency and meet all SLA's
  • Coordinate beta tests and UAT's.
  • Ensure data correction in all dashboards and standardised reporting.
  • Analyse Service Desk Queries to identify performance indicators, evaluate experiments, improvements etc.
  • Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases
  • JIRA ticket management, progress monitoring, support subs with guidance and assets
  • Deliver a regular (e.g. monthly) reports, costs, revenue and profit forecasts of the platform
  • Work with Finance teams and department head to manage Platform Billings, Purchase Orders, and Invoices on time.


Strings to your bow

  • Good knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) + Google Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in managing modern Web, Mobile application development lifecycle
  • Excellent understanding of Data Analytics and Reporting Process, Tools (Qliksense, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio).
  • Strong Technical understanding of front end and backend application systems, tools and workflow
  • JIRA, Microsoft Excel, Power point, Adobe
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly across all levels and disciplines
  • Strong Project Management Skills (PMP certified preferred)
  • Graduation / MSc in Engineering , Computer Science or Business related subjects
  • Vast experience in Technical Product Management


Although not required, it will be beneficial if you have experience in the following areas:

  • Topics: Data, Machine Learning, Software or Product Development and management lifecycle, Business Analytics & Intelligence, Web and Mobile app frameworks, Database, UI/UX, Customer Experience, Retail Marketing, Retail Technology.
  • Platforms: Adobe, AWS, Azure, Google, CDP's, Analytics Platforms, AI/ML
  • Tools: Python, R, Advanced Excel BI, Machine Learning tools on cloud platforms
