A BRAND-NEW opportunity for a Telecoms Account Manager focused on selling to a variety of telephony solutions to exiting accounts.

Working in the Telecoms Account Management department, you will be required to deliver proactive account management with a strong focus on the retention and growth of allocated accounts within the existing customer base. You will build positive, long lasting working relationships with customers to proactively recommend and provide appropriate telephony solutions.

Responsibilities of the Telecoms Account Manager

Identify opportunities by aligning our customers' business needs with our telephony solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Conduct demonstrations of our telephony solution to customers
Prepare accurate proposals and sales order documentation
Provide feedback and identify sales opportunities for other Technical and Cyber Account Managers in the team
Build strong relationships with customers
Accurate record keeping of all customer contact information on our CRM system
Attend weekly meetings with your line manager to discuss your potential daily and weekly activity
Keep abreast of technological developments within the communications sector to ensure you're able to discuss potential benefits with customersTelecoms Account Manager Requirements

Have been in a client facing telco Sales position for at least 1 year
Effective communicator
Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of both cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure solutions with experience of Microsoft Azure and Office 365The Company
