Position: Co-ordinator/ Administrator

Location: Great Milton, Oxfordshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £20,000 to £26,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced maintenance coordinator/ administrator for a position based in the Oxfordshire area

This position will be working for a well-established Maintenance company with a great reputation within the industry for providing an excellent service.

The right person for this position will already have a strong administration background, proficient in word and excel and the ability to pick up bespoke computer systems

We would prefer this person to already have a working knowledge of building services preferably from an electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating or air conditioning company, however this is not essential and other back grounds will be looked at


• Strong working background as an Administrator

• Experience in dealing with engineer's diaries would be an advantage

• Excellent computer skills

• A working experience within a maintenance environment would be preferred

• Based in a short commute to the OX44 post code area

• Able to working permanent full-time hours

• Please note that this position is not remote working


• Excellent basic salary

• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

• Office ours 8am until 5pm

• Pension
