A well-known hospitality business, based North of Scarborough, is currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper to join their team for 30 hours per week.
The successful Bookkeeper will support a head office function, managing the day to day finances of the business. A competitive hourly rate of up to £14 per hour is on offer.
Reporting into the general manager, key responsibilities will include:
Paying supplier invoices
Supporting head office with month-end
Managing cash flow
Managing profit and loss
Updating MS Excel spreadsheet for head office finance team
Liaising with sales team
Supporting with adhoc projectsTo be successful in this role, you must have strong bookkeeping and administration skills and previous experience using accountancy software such as Sage or Quickbooks.
