This is an immediate opportunity for an experienced electrical | mechatronics engineer to join our team in Havant. Here we design and manufacture chromatography systems and columns, used by pharma and biotech clients in the UK and globally. Your role will be to manage engineering projects with collaboration with different internal departments and in line with customers' expectations.

What you will accomplish together with us:

Supporting and executing standard system projects efficiently

*

Ensuring we achieve our quality standards, budget and schedule

*

Identifying project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions

*

Managing resource assignment, work allocation and software and hardware requirements

*

Providing project progress status to the management

*

Ensuring that project deliverables meet customer expectations

*

Producing technical proposals and quotations

*

Working with customers on equipment testing

*

Ensuring technical aspects of the equipment manufacture are fully supported including electrical commissioning and issue resolution and resolution of automation issues

What will convince us:

*

Degree in electrical| electronics | mechatronics engineering discipline or apprentice trained electrical experience and qualifications

*

Proven experience in a similar role, working with systems-based automation equipment

*

Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software interfaces

*

Analytical thinking

*

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

*

Ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders

*

Capable of working independently and within a team

*

Knowledge |experience in working with Siemens products is desirable

*

Knowledge of both CE and UL electrical regulations is desirable
