New College Swindon have an exciting opportunity for an Examinations Manager to join the team.

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire

Salary: £31,548 - £34,053 pa

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Contract Details: Permanent, Full-Time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Examinations Manager - The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Exams Manager to join our Examinations team. You will play a pivotal role for the management and delivery of Examinations across both college campuses. You will be responsible for providing a proactive examinations and achievements recording service to meet customers' agreed needs and with continuous efficiency improvements of design, development, and delivery.

Examinations Manager - Key Responsibilities:

- Manage of the operation of examinations across both campuses

- Manage of the examinations budget

- Manage the examinations team

- Manage information, advice and guidance regarding examinations, external assessments, and accreditation to staff and students

Examinations Manager - Qualifications and experience required:

- Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Maths

- Minimum of Level 2 qualification in ICT or be prepared to undertake when commencing work at New College

- Level 3 qualification in relevant subject or relevant experience

- Experience of managing a budget

- Experience of working with highly confidential data and within strict examination board constraints.

- Previous team management/supervisory experience

- Experience of making business decisions
