Job Role: Field Installations and Project Manager

Salary: £37,000 per annum plus company car or car allowance

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm

Location: Bury (BL9 6LE)

We are looking for a Field Installations and Project Manager to support our Installations team, this role (based from home) requires a well-rounded technically minded individual looking to provide continual improvements within our installations team. These duties will range from coaching and developing our experienced team of electrotechnical engineers, assisting the team to trouble shoot on site issues and overseeing large installations ensuring that our customers' expectations are exceeded.

Job Description

Principal Accountabilities

* Technical assistance for all installation engineers for electromechanical equipment helping with trouble shooting issues experienced on site

* Ensure that installations are completed to a high standard, as such post installation snagging will be required

* Assist in providing detailed information and reports to the Installations team based on problems experienced in the field, or where improvements can be made

* Assist in monitoring all health and safety issues including risk assessments

* Coaching and development of our installation engineers upskilling their technical ability

* Oversee large projects as a project manager

* Complete pre installation pictorial surveys, identifying any issues which may be encountered once our team arrive on site (e.g Access issues, M&E issues etc etc)

* Complete on-site asset surveys where required

* Complete detailed engineering reports for bakery & catering equipment

* Store communications for Project works

* Previous engineering experience and background (Essential)

* Electrical knowledge and qualifications (Essential)

* Experience and knowledge of electomechanical Bakery and Catering equipment (Desirable)

* NEBOSH/IOSH Accreditation (Desirable)

* Gas Qualifications (Desirable)
