The Company
Quest Search and Selection is partnering with this omnichannel eCommerce business who are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team and oversee the delivery of all activities.

The brand is looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Manager who will be accountable for the delivery of SEO, PPC, Affiliates and Social Media Marketing while working alongside and managing their small team. This is a part-time role, so they are looking for a candidate who is open to 3 days of working.

The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager will focus on driving free and paid quality traffic to their website but also supporting on multichannel projects. Moreover, you will have to work with cross-functional teams, partners, and external agencies to support customer acquisition, retention, trade marketing, and merchandising.

Key responsibilities for this Digital Marketing Manager position -
  • Keeping marketing planners and business planners up to date.
  • oversee financial and budget planning of all digital activity.
  • Effectively manage and motivate the Digital marketing team, to enable them to individually perform their best to ensure the highest standard of customer experience.
  • Monitoring and optimising online marketing channels in line with KPI's and budgets.
  • Ability to communicate all commercial and content changes to external agencies and partners.
  • Manage paid spending and keep expenditure within budget.
  • Ensuring all online marketing channels are compliant with legal and the Advertising Standards Authority.

To be successful in this Digital Marketing Manager position -
  • This is a part-time role so needs to be available for 3 days working.
  • Must have experience in a good range of paid & organic channels, such as Paid Search, SEO Google Shopping, programmatic, retargeting, YouTube and social - agency or client-side.
  • Line management experience.
  • Functional understanding of Social Media best practices.
  • Ability to self-manage and track multiple projects.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Has a customer-centric approach to work.


This is an exciting opportunity with a high growth perspective. The business is looking to prove a generous salary between GBP 40000 - GBP 45000 per annum (pro-rata) while providing the candidate with flexible working.
