We are seeking a driven individual who can take the reins in this Lead acquisition focused permanent position working as part of a rapidly growing internationally established business. As Lead Manager your role will focus on managing the nurture and conversion of website leads across multiple digital platforms. Working with the Business Development Director to achieve defined KPI's around lead generation and conversion to support overall business objectives. Additionally, the role will work closely with the internal Marketing team, Sales team and various external partners across the UK to understand, develop and deploy the best-in-class lead nurture program and continuously develop to maximise opportunities. There will be an opportunity for this person to recruit two employees to form a new Lead Management division and lead the team to long term success.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive quality lead generation via digital platforms
  • Develop lead nurture and conversion business plans and dive in with the rest of the team to action the plan
  • Work cross department to ensure business goals and objectives are met, centering around digital acquisition
  • Collaborate with your comparable colleagues oversees on international campaigns
  • Continuous development of customer experience via all digital platforms
  • Line manage and lead a small, growing team

We are seeking someone with experience of working with key stakeholders to develop content strategy plans and confidently be able to run with internal projects/ campaigns but also enjoy the frontline / hands on aspect of the role.

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:
  • Proven record of setting and driving lead management process for high value goods
  • Proven experience of managing lead follow-up and conversion, mainly via digital platforms
  • Proven record of achieving defined lead management KPI's
  • Strong analytically to understand digital data
  • Continuous development of lead follow-up processes
  • User understanding of Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge and practical experience of using CRM systems to track lead results
  • Experience managing and working with developers on CRM systems for system led lead management
  • Proven record of creating, implementing and tracking performance of lead nurture and conversion
  • Understanding of best approaches for email nurture content and flows
  • Understanding of best approaches for digital LiveChat models
  • Proven ability to report to Senior Managers on KPIs and improvement progress
  • Strong verbal / written communicator both internally, with marketing partners, and with customers
  • Proven high value goods sales experience and understanding of selling psychology
  • Able to work individually and as part of a very small team - Used to a hands on approach
  • Experience presenting at physical conferences and virtually
  • Experience managing a team of lead executives to achieve lead conversion targets
  • Experience training on best practice lead management approaches
  • Proven examples of being innovative in previous roles

Salary: £40,000 DOE + Annual Bonus
