What does a typical day in this role look like?

* Be the voice of the agency to the client, and the client to the agency to drive our service and proposition
* Client relationship management
* Effectively manage all operational running of your allocated accounts
* Manage the delivery of multiple projects at one time
* Provide insight and guidance on how to optimise and grow delivery of accounts
* Always ensure effective communication between agency and client

* Agency understanding/experience preferable
* Able to adapt to change easily and work well under pressure
* Incredibly proactive and forward thinking
* Proven client facing experience
