Role - Programmatic Manager
Based - Manchester

We are delighted to be partnering with this vibrant and progressive Growth Marketing agency boasting two decades of innovation, diversification, and sustained growth based in Manchester. They are looking to expand their team and take on a talented Programmatic Manager/Senior Programmatic Executive. Could this be you?

The team you will be a part of concentrates on paid search, display, social & programmatic advertising. You will report to the Programmatic Lead. This role will require you to work closely with their clients to understand their audiences and their behaviour to best decide where and when to show the video and display advertising.

Your ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the activation of Programmatic campaigns, reports & post-performance analysis for your allocated accounts & campaigns. Specifically including:

* You will serve as a direct link between clients, colleagues and the Programmatic Strategist
* You will work to buy digital adverting across several quality publishers. The Programmatic Manager will have the opportunity to work across several ad-serving platforms such as Google DV360 (other programmatic tech platforms would be an advantage)
* Create and implement programmatic strategies according to the brief and set Key Performance Indicators
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance on a daily basis
* Performance targets for allocated accounts, ensuring the best ROI across digital channels

Knowledge & Experience Requirements* We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience working within an integrated digital media role. Agency experience is preferable; however, our client will consider candidates from client-side with experience working within various biddable media channels.
* A strong passion for all forms of digital advertising.
*You will need to have strong experience within a digital-focused role with an understanding of digital display and programmatic
*Have demonstrable experience in planning & activating paid campaigns across digital media channels, specifically including paid search, social & programmatic.
*A commercially focused, analytical, can-do approach.
*Advanced working knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint.
*An excellent attitude and ability to perform under pressure, mixed with a friendly & positive outlook.
* Relishes the prospect of working across multiple accounts & platforms within a fast-paced agency environment.
* Be a comfortable & competent communicator, able to build strong relationships within the agency and externally with their clients and media partners
