Title: Global Payroll Manager
Location: London/Hybrid (1-2 days in the office)
A leading organisation is seeking a new Global Payroll Manager to join their payroll department to manage the global payroll operation and support them through the transition of a new payroll provider.
The Global Payroll Manager will take responsibility for 15 payrolls across 14 locations worldwide including the UK and lead on their ongoing improvement project whilst maintaining oversight and responsibility for the global payroll operations. This role reports into Finance and you will work closely with the payroll providers and HR colleagues to implement robust payroll processes and drive process improvement as they work towards a new globally streamlined payroll target operating model.
* Develop and manage a project plan for identified process improvements, setting deadlines and assigning key stakeholders.
* Understand and remain current with specific country and statutory regulations as well as local tax requirements to ensure compliance.
* Liaise with internal and external tax advisors as appropriate.
* Review pre- and post-processing to ensure accurate and timely payroll process completion is compliant with all country-specific regulations and audit standards.
To be considered for this Global Payroll Manager, applicants must have experience of processing EMEA/global payrolls, have global payroll projects experience and have experience of implementing processes to streamline payrolls.
