Overview

CPS Group UK are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading, global media & entertainment organisation, headquartered in London. They're embarking on a large-scale global broadcast integration programme, this therefore being a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Programme Manager, with Broadcast or Media experience to help shape the organisations global technical estate.

The Programme Management team for Media Engineering focuses on the facilitating the design and engineering of global infrastructure and production facilities.

Role Requirements

*Leading the planning and execution of a set of strategic Media Engineering programmes (EMEA/APAC)
*Driving the strategy for the broadcast management and sales systems
*Drive activities for a set of large, strategic, technical programs
*Drive capacity planning for the program
*Track and report key program metrics, informing stakeholders as appropriate
*Ensure transparency of progress and issues/risks, whilst proactively driving risk mitigation and contingency planning
*Independently manage activities and resolve conflict within associated teams, with minimal influence from management
*Exemplify leadership characteristics through collaboration and work ethic
*Coordinate with external vendors, specifically global data centre providers

Candidate Specification

*8+ years' experience managing large-scale, strategic programs in a well-established global technology organisation
*Experience working in a media technology environment
*Media Engineering domain knowledge, or demonstrate aptitude to learn
*A track record in technical Media/Broadcast-centric programme delivery
*Capable of managing, tracking and troubleshooting multiple initiatives in a deadline-driven, cross-functional environment
*Proven ability to facilitate effective communication across disparate teams
*Evidence of strong planning, delivery and problem-solving skills
*Superb written and verbal communications, presentation skill and meeting facilitation skills
