We have a fantastic opportunity working for a worldwide recognised facilities management provider on a high branded UK and international energy provider contract. As Contract Manager you will have the opportunity to lead a well experienced technical team and develop them with your own technical knowledge and skillset. If you have an eye for detail and strong client interfacing skills then this will be a role for you as this is the key for success in maintaining a strong client relationship on this contract.
Leading FM Service provider Day to day:
Be responsible for all client facing aspects - have good attention for detail and maintain a strong relationship To manage a team of engineers and supervisors to deliver planned and also reactive maintenance Be the responsible party for HSE standards on site and be prepared to make audits where required To also work closely with the Projects team to deliver Capital works and Variation projects. To have budget responsibility including being in charge of the P&L The Candidate:
To have a background in critical services and Health and Safety Technically qualified H&S qualified Strong Client relationship building/maintaining To have managed a technical team previously Experience of looking after P&L To have an understanding of Project Management Good attention to detail skills Good motivator and training skills preferred
