Due to continued growth out client are looking for a capable Quality Manager to join the business and support the development of their systems.
As Quality Manager you will be responsible for taking ownership of the company quality processes. The Quality Manager will be required to engage at all levels to map processes and identify areas to improve. Developing both systems and the overall culture and attitude to quality in line with delivering an outstanding product and customer experience.
The Quality Manager role will involve:

Development & management of the company Quality Manual
Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes
Developing SOP's
Conducting root cause work and implementing corrective actions
Developing a positive culture around quality This position is well suited to someone who:

Has previous experience working within manufacturing as a Quality Manager or Supervisor
NPI / Production / Assembly in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
Has been exposed to lean tools and is passionate about developing processes as part of their daily activity.
Want to progress and develop as a professional.
Communicates well and wants to engage at all levels in a business.
