An opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk with at least 3 years experience to join an established business in Watford on a maternity cover contract.
This is an office-based role, not remote
Mon- Fri - 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
* Ensure purchase invoices and payments are approved and processed
* Maintaining ledger accounts.
* Liaise effectively with suppliers,
* Resolving purchase/approval/payment queries
* Process staff expenses
* Payment Run allocations
* Ad-hoc duties
You will need:
* Previous experience within a Finance Department.
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
* Proficient in Excel and SAGE
