What does this role look like?
As part of our in-house SEO team, you will work with the SEO Manager and fellow analysts to provide a range of services direct to our clients. This role will require excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and existing experience in a range of SEO techniques. You will be given direct responsibility for some SEO clients and will need the ability to assess their requirements, deliver the required tasks, and liaise with other members of the team and 3rd party suppliers where necessary.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building and engaging with LOCALiQ's customer base and implementing effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our business. We will help you achieve your goals through continuous professional career development in a supportive workplace.
We're pretty open-minded, but we think you'll likely be able to demonstrate the following competencies
2-3 years experience working in an SEO role
Strong verbal and written communication skills as you will be liaising directly with clients, often with difficult or technically complicated issues to explain.
Ability to grasp the differing needs of a variety of markets; your SEO clients will be operating across many verticals.
A firm understanding of advertising and marketing strategies beyond your SEO work
Time management and task prioritisation to meet deadlines.
Suggested Software Proficiency
Project management / collaboration tools
CRM Systems for both internal requirements and understanding how a client may be using them.
Core SEO tools: Google Analytics, AdWords, Search Console, SEMRush
Knowledge of popular website platforms: WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Squarespace, Craft CMS etc
