TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST - FINANCIAL SERVICES - 6 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT
Our Financial Services client is looking for an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on an initial 6-month contract:
* Asap start
* 6-month contract with strong possibility for extension
* Inside scope, circa £300/400 umbrella
* Hybrid working model (2/3 days preferred)
Your role will have a focus on hiring across Investment roles, TechOps and Products, Distribution and more. Your roles will initially be London based but depending on demand, you may be required to assist teams across EMEA. You will be responsible for both agency management as well as direct sourcing and pipelining. The company is currently implementing success factors, and you will be involved in this project.
Our client is looking for someone who has a background in recruitment in financial services who can join their team in London. You will need proven experience with inhouse end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across TechOps, products and distribution. You will have excellent relationship building skills and a track record of partnering with the business. You will be experienced in using LinkedIn for direct sourcing and success factors would be an advantage. You will need to be available almost immediately (although they will wait for the right candidate) and be able to commit to an initial 6 months.
