Our client, a well known dispute resolution service are recruiting for a Learning and Development partner to join them on a permanent basis.
As one of their Learning & Development partners, you'll be aligned to specific departmental areas, supporting them with the design and implementation of fit for purpose learning programmes - meeting our current and future operational demands. This will involve managing multiple and complex budgets and managing external partnerships with suppliers. You'll also need to bring the best L&D industry thinking and practice to the table to make sure our development strategies are aligned with the wider world.
Influencing and challenging senior leaders in different areas of the service to develop blended learning solutions that will drive service performance, embed the values and enable our people to be the best they can be.
Aligning with the organisation's learning leads within the 'practice groups' to ensure learning is shared across the service in a way that meets current and future operational demands.
Designing learning programmes ensuring a 'blended' approach is used and that they reflect the 70:20:10 approach to learning
Managing multiple and complex projects and budgets and deliver to the brief provided
Working collaboratively with HR & OD partners to support the successful implementation of learning projects.
Managing external partnerships including working with external suppliers to build best in class L&D products and services.
Working with the service to understand the customer journey and casework in order to build relevant content and delivery platforms.
Aligning development strategies with best L&D industry thinking and practice.
Designing and managing blended learning programmes and apprenticeships.
Delivering content face to face in person or remotely via different platforms when appropriate.
Working with e-learning specialists to create digital content - writing compelling content for topics you are a subject matter expert for.

Location: Canary Wharf. Hybrid working. A gradual return to the office, and from 1st January 2022, we will have fully established our new hybrid way of working, with us all working four days in the office across a fortnight.
