We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their exciting and growing team!
£28-33,000 Depending on experience plus company benefits!
The main duties include;
Posting authorised invoices under a CRM system Run monthly BACs payments Prepare payment forms and enter them into systems Dealing with petty cash Post and reconcile cash Check post for cheques and enter on the spreadsheet Deal with all employee expenses claim and payment Allocate all shared cost by percentage Enter Manual accruals Allocate all shared costs by percentage Checking and Filling All other adhoc admin duties
To be suitable for the role you will:
Have previous Accounts experience To be confident in using and learning new systems Knowledge of SAP Advance MS Office pack use, especially advance excel use
