The Sales Ledger and Banking Supervisor role based in Coventry will be responsible for the delivery of consistent, streamlined, global cash and banking processes working for an international Not for Profit and Charities sector business. Working in a high volume, fast paced environment you will support in the implementation of the organisations global treasury policy.
My client is a leading Not for Profit and Charities sector organisation based in Coventry with operations across the World. The Sales Ledger and Banking Supervisor will be based in Coventry and will work in a Shared Service Centre where you will have the opportunity to progress and develop yourself both personally and professionally.
The Sales Ledger and Banking Supervisor will be responsible for:
Assisting in the implementation of Group Cash Management and Treasury policy,
Ensuring banking processes and controls and clearly defined and managed appropriately
Detailed cashflow forecasting and reporting
Responsible for bank mandates and access, payments, and query management
To be successful for this opportunity the ideal candidate will have experience in bank and cash processes and operations in a high volume large business environment. You will have relevant operational sales ledger, cash allocation, cashflow forecasting and banking experience and be knowledgeable in cashflow forecasting, payments, and query management. Strong Excel skills and ERP system knowledge is essential. Strong supervisory or management skills are required as the role will lead a team and manage all daily workflow ensuring processes are followed correctly.
