We're looking for someone with extensive leadership experience from within the charity and/or education sector, a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and relationship management skills and a record of successful programme delivery. You will be an inspiring leader who can take us forward on our journey, building on our success. You will be someone who can embrace our values, build and model a positive culture and have the ability to drive strategic development and set a clear and compelling direction for the charity.Naturally people-focused, you will be able to engage with a broad range of stakeholders and partners and build relationships that will contribute strategically to our future growth and partnership development. We are looking for an individual with faultless integrity, sensitivity of the complex external landscape and self-awareness to enable them to negotiate, influence and operate as a credible and effective ambassador. Diplomatic, tactical and agile, you will be able to work across a complex landscape with a diverse set of stakeholders and partners.
