Technical Account Manager/ Customer Success Manager - £55,000 - £75,000 experience depending

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple client relationships, System training and on boarding. This leading Vendor client are looking to expand the Customer Success Team and increase their client portfolio extensively. This role provides tremendous development and career progression.

Skills needed:
  • 5+ years client facing technical delivery/pre-sales experience
  • Industry qualifications - Prince 2, Agile Project Management or equivalent (nice to have)
  • IT/Business Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • Experience with Compliance, Surveillance and/or Regulatory Technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of Front to Back Office processes
  • Excellent understanding of market regulations such as Dodd Frank or MIFID II
  • Strong analytical and logical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong customer focus
