You could be our new Employee Support Team Agent!

You'd be responsible for supporting both internal stakeholders as well as our Supply Chain in a number of key areas.

Part of your role will be raising and tracking of purchase orders, managing the approval of travel requests and booking accommodation, supporting our offices with stock, coordinating deliveries and being involved with our on-boarding process.

You'll be in charge of supplying equipment to new starters, this includes setting up mobile phones and the basic equipment needed to do their jobs.

Administering travel approvals to ensure all business-related travel has the correct authorisations. Travel booking is a key part of this role, which consists of mapping staff into the closest approved hotel, liaising with 3rd party providers and ensuring VAT is recovered.

As you've probably gathered, you'll need to be really organised and have great attention to detail.

You'll be using excel a lot, so a good understanding of all MS Office platforms is crucial.

Most importantly, you'll have great interpersonal skills, as you'll be dealing with people from both inside and outside of the business.
