We are looking to recruit an experienced Systems Analyst to work in North West region (mainly Knowsley). This is a full-time position which will be part of a multi-disciplined team to provide operational support on Liberty's works management systems and associated applications.
Key responsibilities for this Systems Analyst role are:
Ensuring all systems and applications are proactively monitored
Providing end user support
Assisting with system upgrades in line with change control procedures
In return, what we'll expect from you:
Competency in all aspects of a systems analyst, have a good working knowledge of Windows server and client operations systems. Excellent Excel skills and a background of working with works management systems, mobile application systems, housing management systems and document management systems. Skills with SSRS report writing would also be advantageous.
