£20,000 - £22,000 plus OTE £30,000

One of my well-established, forward thinking, Eco conscious Retail, Installation & Distribution clients has a new opportunity due to growth for an experienced Key Customer Account Manager.
You will be the main contact for some interesting National Key Trade Accounts advising on products, design and pricing of their services this company additionally provide - this is a great challenging customer account management role.
The role is homebased, as the distribution centre is location in South Yorkshire. The team you are joining all support each other daily with Fun Teams calls and have a great support and communication network let by the National Sales Manager.
This role is managing client enquires that are received through thew website or directly, key throughout the UK and maximising on business through excellent delivery of customer service and solution account management. The position involves managing complex customer accounts, opportunities through client recommendation and offering solutions with Trade clients through asking the right questions, consulting on options and providing the best quotations, liaising with the design teams for the closure of the enquiry and sales, first point of contact with all customers that you will then account management throughout the cycle as a customer, seeing though all account issues to resolution for the customer, managing delivery, enquiries with all billings, liaising with the Distribution centre of stock availability, , following up quotations and securing some new business deals.
Working well under pressure as you know comes hand in hand with this type of position, if you thrive working in a busy environment and react well to finding solutions for customers and thrive on customer engagement then I would really like to speak with you.
Negotiating the most competitive prices and terms for customer requirements is a key part of the role.
Your high attention to detail and positive attitude would be welcomed with this client along with excellent administration and communication skills.
A brilliant OTE bonus structure is offered with a competitive starting salary of £20,000, flexible home working and full product training.
